Catch a fire

Almost everyone knows the Japanese print of The great wave off Kanagawa.

Several paintings of me show a similar wave or move, strokes moving upwards to the right. I can paint this over and over again in different colors. I never get bored. To me this composition represents an outburst of hope and optimism.
